Help!!!!

Ok so I’m on Marina and have been for almost a year. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it showed positive. I also took several Ebay cheapies and they read negative. But I’ve had them do that before and I was pregnant. I decided to take one because a few days ago I started spotting very lightly and I thought I was getting my period I get one every month but after that one spot nothing. I did have a period two weeks ago and two weeks before that. I just thought it was stress. But I had crazy periods like that when I got pregnant with my son on the pill. Any advice or help will be great.
