It depends how bad it is. The only thing that worked for me (and still works) is unisom (doxylamine not the other one) 4 times a day. I think I started it at twice a day.

Depends what you’re taking. I take doxylamine succinate which is the only thing that works for me and it’s basically a sleeping tablet so I take it before bed. If I need to take anything else like Zofran, it’s better to take it during the morning/day as it may only last a few hours.
