What ring shape should I get?

So my fiancé engaged with a small gold band so I could pick out my own engagement ring. I have tried on countless rings but I'm not sure which go with my weird fingers. 
Any of you have similar shaped fingers that I can see your pretty rings? I would've taken pics of the rings I tried on but the store wouldn't allow me???

I’m sorry but you DO NOT have stumps! I have stumps 😂 my brother calls them sausage fingers. You have very lovely hands and I think you could choose literally any shape and it would look beautiful. I am partial to oval and teardrop shapes though 😍

Emerald cut might work, it’s longer so it might help elongate your fingers, I have the same problem.

You do not have stumps! You’ve got long thin fingers in my opinion. My fingers on the other hand are literally as fat as my SO’s 😂 Just keep trying them rings till you find one you fall in love with 😍

Oval rings are nice. I have one too with a halo. Your fingers are long and I swear to you, I don’t see the stumps. It looks like a regular hand to me. 
I’ve read that oval rings are nice for long fingers. I say go to the stories and see how you feel with different types of rings. 
Looking into one ring is different than actually trying it on.

We got my ring n Etsy, so I didn’t try it on. I made little paper cutouts of all the available stones, and taped them to my finger til I found the right one...
