am i nesting?

today i just got the sudden motivation to literally scrub my entire house top to bottom. i washed bedsheets-even the ones that nobody has used in the spare room, washed the windows inside and out, washed every cloth article in the house that i could, bought new pillows and everything. is this what nesting is? a person at my job said its too early to be nesting.. im almost 27 weeks.

Not at all. I went in waves through out my pregnancy. I started way before that though! Then I would be exhausted and not do anything then I would go crazy. If you have energy clean everything because that will go away😂

I’m hardcore nesting and only 13 weeks. I mean, I already am and always have been very particular my house but can’t afford to update everything I want all the time and don’t have the time to clean to my cleanliness standards all the time, BUT since becoming pregnant, OMG.  I hate everything about my house. I want new, perfect, clean everything.  Which is ridiculous.  
My poor husband came home from work the other day and I was just mad-dogging our dining room.  He was like “Um, are you okay?”  I said “this is a dangerous moment to be around me- I’ll let you know when I’ve come back to terms with this room and stop wanting to tear everything down- just walk away”.  
Today, it was all about the kitchen.  Last weekend, I went furniture shopping for a new couch, next weekend we plan on re-purposing our dining room table (I never quite got past hating the dining room), and I swear I spent an hour staring at a spot on my baseboards that doesn’t look up to parr. 
I feel like a crazy woman.
