I am 24 weeks, wondering about when my aunt should or will be planning it for.

I’d say around 30-34 weeks! You don’t want to have it too late because you still want to have time to buy baby everything else it needs that you didn’t receive as gifts from your shower.

My mom is having mine when I’m 30 weeks. It may be slightly early, but we are doing it before June so we aren’t competing with grad parties for attendance along with other summer plans people make. Also, this will allow for time to go to garage sales and additional shopping, as well as getting the nursery finished up.

I was 32 weeks at mine. I agree with other comments u wanna do it early enough to give u time to buy remaining must haves and to organize all the gifts. Plus wash all the clothes. My nursery was all neat and organized until after my shower haha it looked like a tornado hit! I’ve been tryna get it back all clean and organized the last week (luckily I’m off work already so I have time)

I had two because one was for my family 5 hours from where I live- I did that one at week 21 because I didn’t want to travel that far when I was super pregnant and it was in northern Michigan. My second one was at 34 weeks, and I had my son exactly one week later! Lol
