First round of Femara

Background on me: PCOS, ttc baby #1 for about a year and a half, no signs of ovulation and very irregular cycles. I started Femara this month (2.5mg CD 3-7, ultrasound on CD 11 showed 3 follicles, 1.6 cm, 1.4cm, 1.3cm (no trigger shot). I know opk tests are not always accurate but I did them anyway and finally got a positive on CD 16 according to a digital First Response test. CM has been minimal and watery at best. Do you think I ovulated? I may have had slight cramps the past two days at random moments but I’m hoping those weren’t psychosomatic symptoms. Thanks for the help!
