Does precum have sperm in it?! ive heard lots of different thing from people and im so confused on what to believe! If someone has any answers id love to know!

Yes, but it's not EXTREMELY likely that is any good sperm. It's essentially remains from the last ejaculation and some lingering ones in the urethra. The sperm often times is in very uninhabitable area became there is no semen/ or male urethra is too acidic to really sustain many sperms. Thus why people say Pre-cum "doesn't have sperm" it does, it's just not good sperm, some may even say defective sperm.
Ofc some unlucky gals have gotten pregnant from pre-cum so it's not impossible.
