My husband and I have been trying for almost 2 years! We tried SMEP, clomid, Preseed, bd every day, every other day, him taking vitamins. .

Stopped tracking for a month. Stopped stressing. Went on vacation to Europe for a week. Came back pregnant lol.

Preseed, BD every day for 2 months from day after af, and used upspring fertility, took prenatal vitamins

I tracked my ovulation with test strips and took my bbt every day.  Make sure you are taking prenatals as well.  If its been 2 years it might be worth talking to a doctor to make sure there are no problems.  Other than that it’s just down to getting the right timing.  Good luck!

Took 6 months but the month it happened is the first month I took ovulation test and made sure to get down 3 days in a row and I laid on my back for 10 minutes. I know a lot say it happened when they stopped tracking cause they felt less stressed but honestly I was opposite. Tracking opk made it so I knew we were doing it when it was important to convincing so if it didn’t happen I would have been okay with it cause I know we didn’t miss it when before it was all a guess and I was stressing guessing!

I did whole 30 eating, seed cycling, acupuncture, and used Preseed. One cycle and I got pregnant.

I went vegan! We tried for over 3 years and we tried a lot of stuff. My periods were irregular but after maintaining my vegan diet my periods became regular and less than 6 mo I was pregnant😃💚🌱 I think the hormones from meat, eggs, and dairy affected me a lot. GL to you & baby dust!✨🍀
