Never going back.

So, this week I literally worried myself sick (flu-like symptoms) and my period was late due to all the stress of finals coming up.

I was forgetful, as usual, and left my cup at home when I left for school. I started my period IN CLASS, which goes over an hour with no breaks (brutal). By the time I finally get to the bathroom, I’ve bled through my cloth pad and feel absolutely disgusting. I had to use a tampon and a disposable pad until I got home.

Within ten minutes of putting in the tampon I felt like the weight of the world was on my uterus. So. Much. Pain. With my cup I NEVER have this kind of pain...Those friggin chemicals and crap and the dry-rub feeling of a fresh tampon (BLECH)...I was miserable.

I finally got home and switched to my menstrual cup and, once again, all is right in the world.

I am never going back to disposable products. Ever.
