how to get rid of Layers in ur hair?

so i cut my hair like in january , and the lady cut it in short layers, and i thought it was going to be long layers but she said that i had a lot of spilt ends and stuff 😭😭my hair is growing but my stupid layers are stilll in my hair.!!!! how do i get rid of them????? Like make it straight aagain?

Cut it to the shortest layer, you can let the top layers grow out and then cut it but that will likely just give you dead ends that you have to cut off anyway

You have to let the layers grow out. The only way to make your hair straight without layers would be to cut your hair to the length of the shortest layer.
