Am I pregnant?

Hello everyone. I am new to this app. Okay here is my situation(TMI apologies). I am 28 years old mommy of one Wild,Crazy, loving 8 year old little boy. I’m currently 11 days late for my period. It was due 4/11-4/12. I’m on a 28 day cycle. The time my period was due I had brownish spotting only when I wiped on and off for 2 days (never enough to use a tampon). My breast were a little sore, tingling, and itchy. Extremely tired. So I decided to take a hpt at 5 days late it came out negative; still no period and spotting has stopped, so I waited a couple more days to take another hpt (8 days late) it came back negative as well. Well now here I am at 11 days late now my breast are sore and tingling at night, frequency at night, backaches, some cramping (not like period cramps), nauseous at night, and white creamy discharge, and a very heavy feeling in my lower abdomen(not painful just uncomfortable) Someone please let me know what you think I feel like I’m going crazy!?!?!?😕

Never had any of this with my first pregnancy. Except for being really really tired.
