At how many months did you start giving you’re little one water, juice, etc.?
My girl is 5 months Is that too early to start with the water?

Water at 6 months only with solids and no more than 2oz a day. Juice not until she was 2 and it's always very watered down.

I gave my daughter 1oz of water a day at 4months per doctors orders for digestion issues she was having with fixed it after two months then I waited till 8 months to really give water, juice we started at 14 months to help her poop little easier but it’s watered down and she only gets it once a day with lunch and only after she has eaten most of her lunch cause if I let her she’d drink all day non stop

Babies don’t need much water. Also be extremely careful with juice as the sugar causes dental issues very quickly, particularly in young children who don’t do the best job brushing. My mom let my siblings have juice at a year and all of their baby molars developed cavities, even though my mom is a super stickler about dental health. Juice doesn’t really have any useful nutritional value either, kids and babies are much better off actually eating fruit.
