Need help!

So this is my 3rd month of birth control but I’ve messed up a few days this month so now I’m terrified. TMI ALERT!!! My period is usually super heavy and his month it came very light. I usually use ultra and super size tampons but this month I used regular size. Should I take a pregnancy test?!? This would be baby #2 and I’m so scared because my spouse and I aren’t on good terms right now. I need advice ladies!
