40 weeks and breech...

So I went to my 40 week check up today and was told that my baby girl is in a frank breech position meaning that her feet are up by her head and her booty is downward. I’m a little confused though because I feel movements lower in my pelvic area whenever I am laying down on my side or sitting up right. I guess what I’m trying to get at is, has anybody ever delivered a breech baby vaginally or were you forced to have your baby via c-section? What was your experience with it all? I’m a FTM so all of this is new to me. Thanks in advance.
