Can It be a miscarriage??
So I'm super worried I'm 12 days late on my period I took a pregnancy test Saturday and it came out positive. But I been having cramps for almost 3 weeks now. they are not mild cramps I get cramps so bad that I have to bend over and grab my stomach to take some pain away no matter what I'm doing when I get them. i been having them everyday now can it be signs of miscarriage
