*I WILL ABSOLUTELY FOLLOW UP WITH MY DOCTOR*

Hi ladies, so I got my IUD in August and it’s now month 8 of having it. I had the most painful cramps of my life with extreme bleeding for the first 3months and then it went to pretty bad cramps with lots of blood for the next few months after that and now for the past two months It’s been a little bit of cramping but a crime scene of blood. Ive read that it’s absolutely normal for the Paragard to make my period more severe and increase the amount of blood, and I’ve been doing my string checks to make sure it hasn’t moved...but I’m posting this because I just got off my period but the cramps came back very severe with no blood. It feels like the IUD moved into my guts which I have read has happened but is extremely unlikely. I just want to see if you ladies have similar experiences or have some advice to calm my nerves. I’m made an appointment to see my doctor, but I also want this post as reference to calm myself for the future!
