I just had a horrible dream! Does anyone know what it means

Okay I’m gonna say what I remember

So I remember I was with my mom and two of my sisters we were like sitting in a bench outside I think like a hospital honestly idk where we where but it feels like that anyways idk one of my sisters like she was like going somewhere else like she would zone out and she would say “I don’t know what’s happening to me” and she kept saying that and zoning out and then she took off her own head it’s hard to explain but then I woke up and it was like 4 am and the feeling I was feeling when I woke up was sadness and idk like wanting to cry
