Am I doing this right?
This is my second cycle using my saalt cup, I keep having spotting throughout the day, does this mean it's not in right? I put it in like the package says but I feel like I don't have it in far enough or something because the little stem sticks out my vagina hole a tad and when I use the bathroom (#2) it feels like it's pushing out. I got the regular size, do I need a small or something?
