When did the bleeding start?

I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum last Friday. I just inserted 4 tabs vaginally of cytotec to get the miscarriage process started - when did you start bleeding & cramping when you used it for your missed miscarriage or blighted ovum

I had this in February, the nurse inserted 4 misoprostol (cyotec)at 11am, the bleeding started around 12:30-1am it was intense make sure you have some pain relief, I was given tramadol in the early hours because I couldn't walk to the hospital loo. I passed the sac around 11am the following day.
Mine was really heavy so make sure you are prepared-I had to stay overnight in hospital and bled through everything my pad was saturated and I lost a lot of blood the first few trips to the loo, not saying this will happen to you but I was unprepared for what actually happened. Look after yourself, have someone with you if you can. X
