Could I be pregnant

I was on the pill that has 2 hormones in in . When I was meant to start my new pack I forgot to take 3 pills and had unprotected sex .

I’ve now changed to the progesterone only pill and was told to go straight on it without having the week break .

The doctor told me if I didn’t get my period to come back and test .

I’m 5 days late and went back and saw another doctor who said it would stop my period / make it irregular .

The pregnancy test came back negative but she said to wait a week and re test with the first pee of the morning.

I’ve been having slight cramps and feeling sick

Has anyone got any advice or been through the same thing ??
