Help! Ladies

Ever since my boyfriend got me pregnant he is so insecure! He gets jealous over literally nothing. He is always getting mad at me and he tells me to take my ass in the house because he doesn't want guys looking at me. He doesn't bring me around any of his friends in fear that I will sleep with them or they will be interested in me. I've never cheated on him and he knows how much I love him...what should I do? We haven't even talked today or seen each other because he has been so mad at me lately.
