Am I really a bad wife ?

Me and my husband have been married for a year now and I sometimes go with his mom to help her make piñatas and she is always telling me how lazy I am an how I’m a bad wife and that I feed her son trash food . He’s very picky about what he likes to eat so he buys the food he wants me to fix for him and when he comes in I fix what he says he wants to eat and he never complains. He asks me why I don’t want to go help her more but every time I go she always says there’s more to life then sleeping and I know that but I don’t want to hear that every day.
