Earring help.

I’ve had my ears pierced for over a year now & I’ve only changed them about 4/5 times so far. I get huge cysts and pimples in my earlobes and behind my ears, which causes me to leave my earrings alone. My earrings recently got stuck on for a few months span and I had to cut the earrings to get them out. Every time I put earrings in my ear, it stings super bad, I cry and my mom has to try to do it for me.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening or a little tip for less pain?
