Please help me!

Before you read this, please be aware that this is a rape case with cops and everything, so just please don't judge the age difference and such.

I'm 14 years old and I had sex with a 22 year old. This happened on 4/14 and at 3 AM we finished. I had an orgasm, and he's claiming he didn't but I'm almost positive he did inside. We had sex for almost an hour. He was not wearing a condom and I'm on no form of birth control. The last four periods I have logged are

The one on 4/8 was short and mainly old blood. At the hospital I was given antibiotics and a shot to prevent STD's. I went to the doctor again and they took a urine sample and they said that as for pregnancy it was negative, but that was about a week after. They also mentioned lots of blood in my pee. (Not noticeable)

At the doctor they looked at me and said there's some discharge.

Yesterday I noticed discharge throughout the day, it was brown and I never paid attention to any smells. I also wiped and saw some blood mixed with the discharge and it was not period blood.

Symptoms of pregnancy I've noticed so far:

Discharge

Cramps

Spotting

Tired

Sore breasts (not necessarily sore, but I feel the need to like massage them often)

General discomfort

Vaginal itching

Burning sensation while peeing
