I’ve had sex but....

When I had my first ever well woman exam I wasn’t stretched enough I guess down there because when she tried to put the speculum it wouldn’t go in and she tried pushing it a little but still nothing. She only did the pelvic exam. Is it bad that I didn’t get tested for the other diseases because it didn’t fit? I’ve only had sex with one person, always use condoms an I am on birth control.
