sciatic nerve pain
32 weeks and dying of sciatic nerve pain can someone please tell me what to do to help relieve some pain because I can hardly move. hot baths don't help, walking doesn't help because it makes my legs and ankles swell up really bad and my legs then hurt. please just any recommendations because the doctor told me Tylenol and a hot bath and that isn't helping 😭
