Scared!!

So I took a pregnancy test today and it looks like it might be positive I'm not sure though

My problem is ... I just lost my son last month due to me having a short cervix. So I don't know if I'll keep the baby if the doctors confirm I am. My other problem is having to deal with what people might say

I just really don't wanna have to hear that I rushed into having another baby cause it's not like that. More like I just been enjoying living with the love of my life. I just dont wanna have to explain myself to anyone. So I thought about just keeping it to myself for a while .. then when I began to show .. let it out.. idk ... What do u guys think ?
