First appointment with gynaecologist. SO has no sperm count!! Any advise would be grateful

We have been TTC our first for 2yrs. We found out in Jan 18 that my SO has no sperm count. We where completely gutted!! A lot of tears and whys!! His blood tests came back that’s his FSH is 21.5 (high), LH 11.0 (high) but his testosterone is normal and his prolactin is normal! We just had our first appointment this week! They have taken more bloods from him and they will be doing a genetic testing as well which will take 3months here in the uk! I will be having a scan of my ovaries and a X-ray with dye to check my Fallopian tubes as well! We are still no further forward of what our options are!

Is there still a chance of having our own baby? Has anyone had the same issue as my SO before and managed to receive treatment? Also does any from the uk know what will be next for us?

I feel like all we do is wait about for our next appointment and try and live a normal life as best as we can!
