Confused...

Okay so I had a period in January none in February one in March ( because my dr. Put me on medicine to make it come) that same month I started NuvaRing but I put it in maybe 4 days after my period had ended when April came around I didn’t take my NuvaRing out for a week I just put a new one in... I had some slight cramps but that was all. I took it out for reasons unknown ( I honestly don’t remember) and I had sex unprotected and he came in me... we thought nothing of it and I put my nuvaring right back in that same day... I’ve been having these cramps that feel more like period cramps so I took out my ring thinking my body just needed to have my period I still haven’t gotten my period but I’ve had brown Discharge for about four days now with the random horrible cramps should I be worried has this ever happened to anyone else should I go see my Dr. help please ( Yes I know I was doing a lot and being dumb)
