i had a miscarriage on the 4th April all my hcg levels went down around the 7th, my partner and I started TTC straight after my hcg levels went down.. I feel sick every single morning, small stomach cramps could i be pregnant again? 
Whens the soonest i could test?
Also it cant be my period due as you dont get it until 6weeks after a mc and the cramps aren’t same as period ones!

It’s hard to say. It could be that you’re pregnant again but it also could be your period too. I have a MC at 8 wks on March 4th and my period showed up 5 weeks later. If you know roughly when you ovulated then you could test anywhere from 8 dpo to now. Good Luck!

I had a miscarriage and got my period 4 weeks to the day. My body actually went right back to my cycle from before I was pregnant.

There's no hard and fast when it comes to miscarriage I'm afraid. Some ladies don't get their period until 6 weeks after, however there are plenty that get it 3/4 weeks following a miscarriage. There are so many variables involved with pregnancy loss that you can't set any timeframe in place.
Did you miscarry naturally or have to have a surgical procedure to complete the miscarriage?
Did you have blood tests carried out to verify your levels had hit zero following the miscarriage (there have been instances whereby the miscarriage wasn't complete and some tissue was left in and hcg still detected along with nausea etc)
I would start taking home pregnancy tests a couple of days in between each other, use the same brand and always with first morning pee and see what kind of results you get. If you do get second lines and they're getting darker then it would be a new pregnancy.
If you're only get faint lines and they're not getting any darker or are getting lighter than it's from the miscarriage :(
