What Are You Doing For Exercise?!

I’m about 6 and 1/2 weeks pregnant. I found out I was pregnant around 5 weeks. Prior to becoming pregnant, I exercised A LOT, 7x a week, 2-3 hours a day (cardio + weights). Never taking a rest day.

When I found out I was pregnant, I shifted my exercise to be a little less impactful and strenuous and only about 90 minutes a day... My exercise is now: walking on an incline on the treadmill (for 90 min, call me crazy but I love it and it makes me feel so good) and then 2-4 x a week (if I’m feeling up to it because right now my biggest symptom is fatigue) I lift weights, but I reduced the weight to a max of 40 pounds.

I’d love to hear what you guys are up to when it comes to working out while pregnant, it’d be fun to try out other activities!
