pregnancy reveal to step children?

My partner already has two boys aged 7 and 4 and we all have a good relationship, we are thinking of ways of telling them we are expecting a baby together that is going to make them happy and involved as appose to just saying... This is happening... Any suggestions?

We showed my stepson the 1st ultrasound which was at 7 weeks 2 days, & said something along the lines of “Guess what? This is a picture of your baby brother or sister, they’re very tiny right now & growing inside my belly, it’ll take 9 months for him or her to be big enough to come out, what do you think about that?” He was 5.5 at the time & was like “Really? Really! I’m so excited!” 
I had had a miscarriage 7 months earlier which he didn’t know about so we also told him that sometimes when they’re really tiny they develop problems & can’t keep growing & then they go back up to heaven but we were going to pray that baby got to keep growing & that the doctors were going to take really good care of me & baby
I picked him up from summer day camp after the 2nd ultrasound @ 11 weeks 5 days & brought the pictures w/ me & he asked if he could show them to the camp counselors, I bought him a “I’m going to be a big brother” tee shirt for him to wear at our baby shower @ 28 weeks & we got him some kids books about welcoming a baby sister (the Little Critters series has a good one) We also attended a Sibling prep class w/ him that was offered at our hospital, it was interesting & he seemed to like seeing where the baby was going to be born, I also showed him illustrations of what the baby looked like each month & told him which vegetable or fruit corresponded to her size “She’s the size of an ear of corn this week!” 
Throughout the pregnancy we talked about what it would be like once she came too, that she was going to need us a lot but that he was still important & we would still have special time w/ him & that he would get breaks from the baby when he went over to his moms on the weekend (he’s w/ us during the week) & we also explained our plans for when I went into labor (he was concerned he was going to miss school :)
She’s 14 months old now & he’s 7.5 & they adore each other

Maybe T shirts that say something like "Promoted to Big Brother" and "Promoted to Biggest Brother" or "Big Brother Again!" something like that?
