Happy, Healthy, Sustainable Living
So 7 months ago my older sister started yet another diet fad or so I thought, she has always struggled with weight and nothing has worked, but little did I know she found the secret almost every real person struggling with weight has been looking for, I came across a post on glow actually, this young woman had an amazing transformation story that sounded vaguely familiar. She said it was called Keto, I hate word the diet so I proudly call it the keto lifestyle because that is exactly what it is a total revamp of what we usually put in our bodies. So I started a little less than a month ago and I hit it even harder than most people do, I started at my highest weight ever of 234 lbs and I stepped on to that stupid scale today to see 207 lbs and I have only done a small amount of physical activity like walking more, taking stairs, planking and that's it. So my wife is at work and I'm bored so I was cruising through Netflix to find something to do and came across this amazing documentary that's like sn hour and a half about the keto lifestyle called the magic pill, they follow a select few real people as they take on the keto lifestyle, this young girl that cannot speak with autism begins to snap out of the narcotic fuzziness from all the seizures, the life of a non-communitave autistic boy is completely changed, a woman with breast cancer beats cancer without chemo, a diabetic that becomes insulin free. All of this through a lifestyle change, so I took it personal, and decided I would try to spread the word. I'm not going to bs anyone it's difficult the first couple weeks of removing the addictive toxins from your body, but once you do, you start to see and feel the difference. Please check out the Netflix documentary 'The Magic Pill' a little time for a new life.
