Bicornuate uterus and elevated PAI-1 with irregular cycles

Anyone have these issues with bicornuate uterus, pai-1 issues and irregular cycles? im on day 39 and no period and just got diagnosed with the other two today. any advice on what I can do? my obgyn referred me to a fertility specialist in columbus and told me to take baby aspirin for the PAI-1... thanks for reading. I just need some sort of encouragement because my boyfriend and I want to have a family. I do not have PCOS or Endometrosis and I have had 5 miscarriages
