Could I be pregnant?

I had sex in late feb and I’m on camrese lo birth control. He used a condom and pulled out before he finished. I am extremely nauseous and I’m not sure if I have some sort of stomach bug or if it’s morning sickness for some reason? All of my friends keep telling me I’m pregnant for no reason.

EDIT: I took two tests around 6 weeks after we had sex and they were both negative. Are these okay to trust? My friends keep telling me that they are false negatives because I tested too early.
