I have social anxiety so I’m really overthinking this lol I need to read a revision book for my exams but I don’t want to embarrass myself. Also I’m from London and I’ve never seen anyone read a book on the bus so?

I’m also very self conscious, but I’ve developed a new way of thinking. You’re probably never going to see these people again, so who gives a sh*t? They’re so worried YOU’RE judging THEM, they don’t have any time to think about what you’re doing.

You sound like me lol. Social anxiety is so rough. It's difficult to implement but remember you're a lot more awkward in head than you are in reality. Reading on the train isn't awkward at all. I do it all the time in the States.
