For those TTC & lose weight

I can’t recommend Whole 30 enough. It’s 30 days of basically eating fruits, vegetables and meat, with healthy fats. And it’s only 30 days, so there’s a light at the end of the tunnel if it’s not for you. We started it last month and we were pregnant right away.

The morning sickness with it wasn’t easy, but I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds and plan on doing the Whole 30 again after baby is born. I recommend quitting all caffeinated drinks and all drinks with calories the month before you start so your system isn’t so shocked.

Seriously, when I finally got real with myself about how my body weight was affecting TTC, I went from 260 to 240, and was pregnant.
