Heres one if my main meals yesterday! My vegan 14 mo old and my vegan fetus haha! Grapes, apples and peanutbutter, banana and real sourdough bread made wild from scratch by my hubby! Its amazing to introduce genuine fermented foods into your diet. Oh and that second pic is my 14 mo old. She loves playing outside now that she can walk! And the third pic is the sourdough bread. We make a fresh loaf once a day. We eat lots of produce and kinda fill up on bread after. Lots of beans and greens too. Potatos and rice, quinoa, lentils, barely. Cheap and delicious!
