discharge ?

i thought it was my period but i guess not. i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. i have this liquido pinkish blood discharge and i have no idea why this is happened?

i had iud put in the 25 of march this year and had bleeding for almost one month . it’s been about a week and a half without bleeding and this just suddenly came out yesterday, and some more today.. any ideas?
