Glucose Test

St

So I have been doing a ton of research on pregnancy testing and came across a lot if concern around glucose testing. Glucola is the sugar drink they give you in hospitals, there are many different brands but most contain overlapping ingredients that pregnant women should never consume. BVO, brominated vegetable oil is a flame retardent and banned in many contries for scientifically proven nerological, fertility, thyroid problems and more. Modified food starch is a cousin of MSG, food coloring has been scientifically linked to birth defects and behavioural problems. Also sodium hexametaphosphate, butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), and sodium benzoate are also added to many of the drinks, all of which have horrible effects on your health. The test itself is only 76% effective! Why are pregnant women being given this?? I know gestational diabetes is very serious but there are other methods of testing that won't give pregnant women these awful chemicals and side effects including nausea, vomiting, bloating, diarrhea, dizziness, headache and fatigue. I plan on rejecting this faulty test and given the hospital options like Hemoglobin AC1 test, glucose home testing throughout pregnancy, and the jelly bean test with organic natural jelly beans which does the same thing as glucola without the additives. What are your opinions on this ladies?
