Sinus infection - help! 😩

I have had the worst sinus infection yesterday and today... I just got a + on a pregnancy test 3 days ago - haven’t even made an appt. with my OB! What can I do to help this that is safe if I truly am pregnant? Headache, sinus pain, snot everywhere... normally I would take a huge Sudafed + Dayquil? I tried a steamy shower, but it only helped temporarily. I’m supposed to go to a Red Sox game tomorrow with my husband and I’d like to be somewhat of a fun date...! Any ideas? Thank you!
