what's that?

So I found out 5 days before my missed period that I'm pregnant , I was so thrilled that I posted so I'm now 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Everything was going great this afternoon while cleaning the house I went to the bathroom to pee then I see blood on the little pad then I wiped they were some light blood now I had cramping but other than that have no other pains, I'm at the emergency right now they are doing blood work and other stuff and they kept me because they say my heart is beating faster then it should anyway I'll update everyone. please girl's tell me what this look to you . i have pcos and thyroid issues so it took long to get pregnant again 😣sorry for the pics .
