Did a chemical throw off YOUR ovulation?

Last cycle I had a chemical pregnancy. My period came 4 days late... that means my cycle is offset by 4 days right? Glow predicts ovulation in 3 days but I'm having EWCM today. I don't think Glow adjusted my ovulation days after my chemical. I know I need to use OPKs but in the meantime, should I BD today or wait til Glow says?

Yes, mine was off and longer... had a CP in March... cycle came 2 days late and ended up being a 32 day cycle instead of 28... i peaked on my OPKs 3 days later than normal. I would start BDing since you have EWCM. My April cycle started 4 days late as well and has really just been weird overall alternating between extremely heavy and extremely light in just the 3 days I’ve been on it. Hope this helps!

I had a chemical last month and had ew discharge also for like 3 days with negative ovulation? today is my ovulation day my Husband and I had sex every other day in the fertile window just in case. I would start having sec if I were you because that is fertile discharge. if you ovulate in 2 or 3 days you should be having sex now anyways
