Trying to conceive after a tubal reversal

I just had a tubal reversal on March 30 of this yr. I'm worried my body might not be the same has before. I was very fertile to the point I gave birth and 2 month later I was pregnant already.

But right now I'm 30 and I feel like it's going to be harder to get pregnant. I know the rush of ectopic pregnancy and scar tissue etc. Any ladies had any luck here. what was your method to have a healthy pregnancy. I been tracking my ovulation also.
