Missed period

I had a miscarriage a year ago. My husband and i recently two months ago started having unprotected. It was on my high pregnancy chance days but I got my period but I’m officially 12 days late. I’ve taken different at home pregnancy test. All negative. The only different thing I’ve done is gotten a “daith” earring piercing. I got it because of my migraines Sense the piercing I’ve been sleeping a lot more but No period this month... any advice or information?
