So this just appeared on my son’s neck. I have no clue what it is. Anyone know? My husband says it looks like ringworm and that he knew kids with it growing up, but there is no ring. Super puzzled. It isn’t red and it doesn’t seem to bother him.

He hasn’t been scratching... but I will start putting an eczema ointment on him and see if that helps. There was a post by a parent showing it on her son’s thigh, but it’s red and definitely looks like eczema. My son is mixed and I am clueless about what eczema looks like on dark babies.

That is not ringworm 🤦🏼‍♀️ I would guess milk pimples caused by breastmilk running down his neck after feeding. I think you can get them from formula too.

Maybe it's eczema. I have it horribly on my neck under my hair and when I get to scratching it starts to look like that.
