What in this world is this and how do I get it to go away??? I’ve changed to all sensitive lotions, aquaphor, no scent shampoo, dreft, coconut oil, you name it. I put a dab of hydrocortisone cream on it and get it to calm down then it’s back the next night! He scratches it so I know it itches him! Help me! 😩

My son had bad patches behind knees and back of thighs, it was food related. I had to cut out dairy when I was breastfeeding. It's worth considering.

Looks like a bad case of eczema. Has the dr checked it?

Could he have a food allergy? The placement on the abdomen sometimes happens with eczema that is happening as a secondary symptom to a food allergy, after it’s been digested.

Could just be baby acne. My daughter had it all over like that, doctors were never concerned and it eventually just went away on its own
