Medicaid Help

I'm in florida and have been on medicaid for this pregnancy. Me and my boyfriend just changed the application to include all of us instead of just me and the baby. We got our eligibility back and it has me as eligible but says he is not. The reason why it says he is not is because "you are receiving the same type of assistance from another program" but the issue is, he is receiving no assistance from any program. I'm calling in the morning but does anyone have any idea why it would say that?
