Hope this is a sign

Husband found a baby bird yesterday afternoon. It was just sitting on the floor and chirping. I came back throughout the day to check on it. Didn't want it to get eaten, so I brought it in last night. Read up a lot about hatching vs fledgling and how song birds don't rely on sense of smell so it's ok to handle it. I used gloves as a precaution, and a heat lamp to keep it warm. Put it back outside this morning, hoping the mother will still feed it. Supposed to take a pregnancy test tomorrow! Baby dust!
