Prayers for my nipples

I'm currently 19weeks and 6days pregnant. And I noticed my breasts leak clear liquid. Which is normal. Colostrum if I'm correct. But I get to a point where if even my shirt sits against my boobs it aches so bad. I got so tired of it. I can't even wear a bra! So last night I grabbed my boob to massage it.. and it all shot out. Or most of it. I think. You have no idea feeling the relief. My breasts and nipples instantly stopped hurting. I figured if I just massage them. I'd be ok. But I wasn't expecting it to just shoot out like that. Worst part. My fiancé was sitting on the bed with me and he helped me remove my shirt so when it shot out.. it shot out into him. 😓😭😭 his face..
